INGREDIENTS
2 Large Egg
2-3 tbsp of J & Jay’s olive oil
Salt and ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the J & Jay’s olive oil in a skillet over medium-hot and swirl to coat the pan.
When the oil is hot enough (water should sizzle the second it touches it), crack the egg into the skillet
Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges become golden and crispy, while basting the top of the egg with oil.
Remove the egg onto a plate and sprinkle with salt and ground pepper before serving.
TIPS
Can be cooked with butter or olive oil depending on preference. Use amount of infused butter/olive oil based on desired dosing amount.
Works well with chili flakes or green onions
