Peanut Butter Cups
Indulge in bliss with homemade peanut butter cups, where creamy peanut butter meets rich chocolate in a heavenly confection that melts in every bite.
INGREDIENTS
Peanut Butter Filling:
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup cannabutter, melted
Chocolate Coating:
• 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark)
• 1/4 cup cannabutter, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and the cannabutter, mixing well. Set aside.
In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Once melted, stir in the cooled infused butter until smooth.
Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each cup, spreading it up the sides with the back of the spoon.
Place the muffin tin in the freezer for 10 minutes to set the chocolate.
Take the muffin tin out of the freezer and spoon a generous amount of the peanut butter filling into each cup. Press the filling down gently to level it.
Cover the peanut butter filling with the remaining melted chocolate, ensuring it covers the sides and top completely.
Place the muffin tin back in the freezer and let the peanut butter cups set for at least 1-2 hours.
Once set, remove the cups from the muffin tin and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Serve as desired and enjoy responsibly.
