Veggie Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS
Assorted vegetables
1 1/2 tbsp of J & Jay's olive oil or coconut oil
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp sugar
Dash of freshly ground white pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
2 cloves of garlic, minced
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into desired sizes.
Blanch the vegetables and drain. set aside.
Heat up the J & Jay's olive or coconut oil in a wok.
Saute the garlic until fragrant over low heat.
Add salt, sugar, ground white pepper, oyster sauce, cornstarch and water. Cook until the sauce becomes translucent.
Add the blanched vegetables. Stir-fry over high heat until it turns fragrant. If not serving immediately, then cook vegetables on a low-medium heat.
Remove from heat. Plate and serve.
TIPS
Add more infused olive/coconut oil or substitute regular olive/coconut oil based on desired dosage
Add chili flakes to add spice or 1 tsp of sesame seeds or sesame oil for additional flavoring.
Use desired vegetables based on preference, delicious with broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, snow peas, red bell peppers, or mushrooms.
