Vegan Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of AP flour
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp of salt
1 cup of almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
2 tbsp of J & Jay’s coconut oil
Vegetable oil (or more coconut oil for higher dosages)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the almond milk and J & Jay’s coconut oil, then mix until uniform (or until there are no more lumps).
Heat a skillet over low-medium heat with vegetable oil (or more infused-coconut oil based on dosage/taste preference)
Pour batter into pan based on desired pancake sizes. Cook for 3-4 minutes until batter begins to bubble around the edges then flip over.
Cook until both sides are golden-brown.
Repeat until all the batter is used or desired number of pancakes are made.
Serve as is or with toppings of your choice.
TIPS
Substitute cannabutter instead of infused coconut oil to make regular pancakes
Use amount of infused coconut oil/butter based on desired dosages
