INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of AP flour

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp of salt

  • 1 cup of almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)

  • 2 tbsp of J & Jay’s coconut oil

  • Vegetable oil (or more coconut oil for higher dosages)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Add the almond milk and J & Jay’s coconut oil, then mix until uniform (or until there are no more lumps).

  3. Heat a skillet over low-medium heat with vegetable oil (or more infused-coconut oil based on dosage/taste preference)

  4. Pour batter into pan based on desired pancake sizes. Cook for 3-4 minutes until batter begins to bubble around the edges then flip over.

  5. Cook until both sides are golden-brown.

  6. Repeat until all the batter is used or desired number of pancakes are made.

  7. Serve as is or with toppings of your choice.

TIPS

  • Substitute cannabutter instead of infused coconut oil to make regular pancakes

  • Use amount of infused coconut oil/butter based on desired dosages
