INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup base (milk, water, almond milk, ice-cream, etc.)

  • 1-2 cup frozen fruit (such as mango, strawberry, blueberries, bananas, etc.)

  • 1 cup of nutritious greens (such as spinach or kale)

  • 1 tbsp of J & Jay's Coconut oil

  • 1-2 tbsp of extra toppings (such as ice, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blender, add 1 cup of base of choice.

  2. Add 1 to 2 cups of frozen (or fresh) fruit of choice.

  3. Add 1 cup of greens of choice.

  4. Add 1-2 tbsp of J & Jay’s coconut oil

  5. Add 1-2 tbsp of extras toppings as desired (optional).

  6. Blend on a high speed for 1-2 minutes until uniform.

  7. Pour into cup and serve.

TIPS

  • Dosage can be managed based on amount of infused coconut oil added.

  • Smoothies are completely based on preference, use ingredients to make your own favourite.

  • Frozen fruits are good to use in place of adding ice to keep your drink cold.
