Garlic Butter Salmon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  2. Arrange salmon on a baking sheet, patting dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

  3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.

  4. Add 1-2 tbsp of infused garlic butter to each filet and spread evenly across the salmon.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Boil for 2 minutes to crisp the top of the salmon.

  6. Squeeze lemon over salmon before serving.

TIPS

  • Add more infused garlic butter based on desired dosage

  • Line the baking trays with foil to make for easier clean-up.

  • You may add additional seasoning based on your preference.
