Chow Mein

Enjoy this authentic Chow Mein, packed with stir-fried noodles with crisp veggies in a savory sauce that's sure to please

INGREDIENTS

• 8 oz (225g) chow mein noodles (or any noodles of your choice)

• 2 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil

• 1 onion, thinly sliced

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

• 1 carrot, julienned

• 1 cup broccoli florets

• 1 cup snow peas

• 1/4 cup soy sauce

• 2 tbsp oyster sauce

• 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

• 1 tbsp sesame oil

• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Chopped green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

  3. Heat the cannabis-infused olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add the bell pepper, carrot, broccoli florets, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

  6. Remove from heat and transfer to serving plates or bowls. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy your Cannabis-infused Chow Mein!

• Feel free to add or substitute vegetables according to your preference
